In March 2020, as the world slowed to a halt, and businesses everywhere were forced to close their doors, a small group of chefs and industry advocates gathered to figure out how to save their beloved industry. Since then, the IRC has grown to a movement over 100k strong. Entirely through the generosity of donors, we’ve been able to build a coalition of members that continually contribute immeasurable amounts of time, ideas, feedback, and activated a monumental grassroots advocacy effort that led to the creation of the Restaurant Revitalization fund. There is much more to do. The IRC is grateful for the support of the partners and funders listed here. We simply could not achieve our mission without their kind and generous support.
